Terms of Service

Welcome to PlayTable! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PlayTable, the web application available at www.playtable.online (the "App"), operated by MyAppDesk ("we", "us", or "our").

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

PlayTable is a free browser-based collection of classic card, board and puzzle games — including Durak, Brisca, Escoba, Chess, Four in a Row, Sudoku and others. You can play against computer opponents without an account, or sign in to play online against other people, earn experience and coins, and collect cosmetic items such as card backs, card faces and table skins.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

3.1 Sign-In

Online play requires an account. PlayTable uses passwordless sign-in: you enter your email address and receive a one-time code. Keep access to that email address secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

3.2 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the activity on your account. You agree to provide a username that is not misleading, offensive, or impersonating another person, and to notify us at team@myappdesk.dev if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Creating additional accounts to manipulate ratings, leaderboards, rewards or match outcomes is not permitted.

4. Fair Play

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, automation or any external tool to play on your behalf or to gain an advantage.
• Exploit bugs, or interfere with the game engine, network traffic or another player's session.
• Collude with other players to manipulate match results, ratings or leaderboards.
• Deliberately abandon matches to affect another player's result or your own rating.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other players.

We may reset progress or ratings, remove leaderboard entries, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Virtual Items and Coins

5.1 No Monetary Value

Coins, experience, levels and cosmetic items in PlayTable are part of the game. They have no monetary value, are not currency, and cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred or redeemed for money or anything of value outside the App.

5.2 Licence, Not Ownership

Cosmetic items and coins are licensed to you for use within the App. We may change their price, availability, unlock requirements or in-game effect, and may adjust or remove items, including as part of balancing or seasonal changes.

5.3 Purchases

The App is currently free and does not sell coins or items for real money. If paid features are introduced in the future, their terms and refund conditions will be presented before any purchase.

6. User Content

If you upload a profile picture or set a username or display name, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store and display that content within the App for the purpose of running the service. You must have the right to use anything you upload, and you must not upload content that is illegal, obscene, hateful, infringing, or that impersonates another person. We may remove such content and suspend the account that uploaded it.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, our servers, or another player's account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or availability.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App.
• Circumvent any security measure, rate limit or access restriction.
• Copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or resell any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

The App — including its code, design, artwork, card and table illustrations, and branding — is owned by MyAppDesk and protected by intellectual property laws. The underlying card and board games themselves are traditional games in the public domain; our rights cover our implementation and artwork, not the rules of the games.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without any obligation to compensate you.

9. Availability and Changes

PlayTable is provided on an ongoing but not guaranteed basis. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue games, features, seasons or the entire service at any time, and we may need to take the App offline for maintenance. Leaderboards and ratings may be reset between seasons.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Matches, ratings or progress will always be preserved without loss.
• Any defects in the App will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYAPPDESK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, PROGRESS, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyAppDesk, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account and its data, email us at team@myappdesk.dev from the address linked to your account.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, in particular where these Terms have been broken.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Spain. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyAppDesk regarding your use of the App.
