Sprinklefall privacy policy

Effective date: October 16, 2026

MyAppDesk operates Sprinklefall, a match-3 puzzle game for iPhone. MyAppDesk is responsible for the personal information it processes for this app. Contact us at team@myappdesk.dev.

1. Game progress and settings

Sprinklefall does not require an account. Your levels, stars, lives, village progress, sprinkles, settings and similar game state are stored on your device. When iCloud is available, that game state is also saved in your private iCloud key-value storage so it can follow you to your other devices. Apple manages that storage under your Apple Account, according to your Apple settings and Apple's privacy policy. MyAppDesk does not run game servers and does not receive your game progress.

The Home Screen widget and the Live Activity show game information such as lives and your next level. They read it from a container shared only between Sprinklefall and its widget. You control their visibility in your device settings.

2. Notifications

With your permission, Sprinklefall schedules local notifications on your device, for example when your lives are full, a daily gift is waiting or a crop in the village is ripe. They are planned on the device from your game state and are not sent through MyAppDesk servers. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.

3. Advertising

Sprinklefall shows optional rewarded ads, which you choose to watch in exchange for a reward, and occasional full-screen ads between levels, which are limited in number and never shown to holders of the Sprinklefall Pass. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, and consent is collected with Google's User Messaging Platform.

To deliver, limit, measure and protect ads, Google may process device and network information such as IP address, device model, operating system, app version, ad interactions, approximate location derived from the IP address, and identifiers set by the ad SDK. Google's practices are described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Your choices.

4. Purchases

Sprinklefall offers the Sprinklefall Pass, an optional auto-renewing subscription bought through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we do not receive your payment card details. The app checks your Pass status with Apple's StoreKit on your device. MyAppDesk does not use a separate purchase server for Sprinklefall.

5. Support and other disclosures

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer you and fix problems.

Sprinklefall does not include a separate analytics service. Apple may provide us with aggregated app diagnostics and crash reports according to your device's sharing settings.

We do not sell personal information for money. Google processes information for the advertising described above, which some laws treat as "sharing" or a "sale" for targeted advertising; you can opt out as described in section 3. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect legal rights.

6. Purposes and legal grounds

Where EU or UK data protection law applies, game state on your device and in your iCloud is processed to provide the game you asked for. Personalized advertising and the storing or reading of information on your device for that purpose rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Non-personalized advertising, ad frequency limits, fraud prevention and security rely on our legitimate interest in funding a free game and keeping it safe. Support correspondence relies on our legitimate interest in answering requests, or on our contract with you. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

7. Retention and deletion

Game progress stays on your device and in your private iCloud until you delete it. Deleting the app removes local data. To remove the iCloud copy, delete Sprinklefall's data from your Apple Account's iCloud storage settings; otherwise it may return when you reinstall. Advertising data is kept by Google according to its own retention policies. Subscription records are kept by Apple. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations. Contact us to ask about information we hold.

8. Your rights and international transfers

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Contact team@myappdesk.dev to exercise them. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as Spain's AEPD.

Apple and Google may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Their privacy notices describe the safeguards they use for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

9. Children

Sprinklefall is a general audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We rely on your device's protections, Apple's iCloud security and the security measures of our advertising provider. No system can guarantee complete security. Keep your device and Apple Account protected.

11. Changes and contact

When this policy changes, we will update the effective date and give additional notice where required. Send questions and privacy requests to team@myappdesk.dev.
