Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WeddyGo mobile application (the "App") and the WeddyGo guest website at weddygo.app (the "Guest Site"), operated by MyAppDesk ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App or the Guest Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

WeddyGo helps couples plan their wedding: budget, checklist, guests and RSVPs, vendors and contracts, seating, day-of timeline, vows, moodboard, and a shared photo album. Couples can publish a wedding page on the Guest Site and share it with their guests.

2. Your Account

• You sign in with your email address using a one-time code.
• You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account and devices.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. Sharing, Guest Pages & the Shared Album

• Inviting your partner gives them access to view and edit your wedding's planning data.
• Publishing a wedding page makes the content you choose visible to anyone holding the link. Share links only with people you trust.
• Guests may upload photos to your shared album. You are responsible for moderating the content of your wedding's album; the App provides approval tools for this purpose.
• You must have the necessary rights to any content you or your guests upload (photos, documents, vendor contracts).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes;
• Upload content that is abusive, infringing, or harmful;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or our systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the service (e.g., automated abuse of share links or photo uploads).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and we may remove content that violates them.

5. Purchases

Some features require WeddyGo Pro: unlimited guests, the full seating chart, unlimited vendors and moodboards, inviting your partner, and the guest photo album.

• WeddyGo Pro is a single payment, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge, nothing renews automatically, and there is nothing to cancel.
• One purchase covers the couple. Pro applies to the wedding it was purchased for, so both partners get access — not to your account, and not to any other wedding.
• Pro is not time-limited. It stays active for that wedding for as long as we operate WeddyGo. It is not a promise that WeddyGo will exist forever, and it is not a promise that we store your photos forever — see section 6.
• Purchases are processed by the app stores and by RevenueCat. Prices are shown before you buy. Refunds are governed by the applicable app store's policies.

6. Photo Album & Retention

The guest photo album is deliberately time-limited, and this is the most important thing to understand about it. Buying WeddyGo Pro does not mean we keep your photos forever.

Dates below are relative to your wedding date as entered in the App:

• We will remind you by email and push notification before the download window closes, and again before deletion. You can turn these reminders off in the App, but if you do, the deadlines still apply.
• WeddyGo is not a photo backup service. Download your photos and keep your own copy. Once deleted, photos cannot be recovered by us or by you.
• If you change your wedding date in the App, these windows are recalculated. We never shorten them so far that photos could be deleted immediately.
• We may offer a paid option to extend gallery storage. If you buy one, it extends the read-only and deletion dates accordingly.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by MyAppDesk. You retain rights to the content you create; you grant us the license needed to store and display it to the people you share it with (your partner and your wedding's guests) as part of operating the service.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WeddyGo is a planning tool: we are not a party to your agreements with vendors, venues, or other third parties, and we are not responsible for the outcome of your event. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAppDesk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for disputes between you and your vendors or guests.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion at team@myappdesk.dev. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
